HP Photosmart R727 - need help?

Question

I have an HP Photosmart R727 camera and a computer with WIndows XP. When I transfer videos from the camera to the computer, the video seems to go a little too fast and there's no sound, when there is sound coming out when I view the video on the camera. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem? Thanks.
