HP Printer Model C5180 All-in-On Paper Jams?

Question

I have a HP Printer Model C5180 All-in-On which will not print due to continuous paper jams. I try to print something and hear the paper jam up inside the printer, I get the printer jam message, remove the back of the printer, clear the jam and then watch it happen all over again. I've checked and there are no bits of paper inside the printer to get in the way, everything appears to be clear. I am beyond frustrated at this point as every help option I follow through the HP website, or message forums, seems to lead nowhere. Help! Please!

remove the rear panel and rotate the rolls counter clock wise for a couple of second if you here noise paper is still present. If nothing reset the printer
