HP health check help?

i have the sims which uses a ctrl shift c shortcut. But when I use it, it opens HP health check. How do I uninstall health check or go to a lower version. At the mo i have version 3.1.4.1

go to start>control pannel> add or remove programs> find your program>right click and hit uninstall
