what are the legal implications and the selection implications of the applicant with disabilities not experiencing the same interview process as the other applicants?

  1. if you truly believe that you were discriminated against due to disability, contact the local EEOC and ADA office.


  2. I tried contatcting the EEOC when I was fired from my job due to disabiity discrimination-they ignored me-rumor had it that they investigators have a personal preference of focusing on racial discrimination cases (EEOC is discriminating against people with disabilities)....

    So unless the applicant had money to hire a private lawyer-there are no implications.

    Did the modified interview process provide the information the employer needs to make a decisioin-than there should be no implications

    the interview is not an essential function of teh job-therefore accommodations for the interview shoudl not have a bearing on the hiring decision-

    if the candidate demonstrated the ability to do the job with reasonable accomodations-than the way the interview was conducted doesn't matter
