When processor of my new HS500 warms up (after full DVD play cca. 2h) from subwoofer there is a noise (not loud but during the very silent part of movie you can hear it). Other speakers sounds OK. Noise is present also when mute is on. Level is changing with volume control on subwoofer. Frequency can vary when I open or close the door of DVD. I received new central unit and new subwoofer, but sound remains. I have unplugged all satellite speakers and TV but nothing change I tried to ground the system but no changes. When I switch the system off and it cools down, then noise disappears. And after 1,5 to 2 hours it appears again. Any idea?
