HSMP UK Visa Earning point calculation, worked in india and USA in past 12 months.Need info of consultants.

Hi,

Iam from India and would like to apply for a HSMP visa UK. I have been deputed to USA by my employer for 6 months (in the past 12 months) and paid in USA (no salary in india). while calculating the eligibility points if i consider my USA salary(6months USA and 6 months india) iam not eligible, if i would have been in india for the past 12 months i would be eligible (bcase my indian salary is good) for the same. can i convert my USA salary in to indian salary...?.kindly help me how to proceed with this

Firstly HSMP is discontinued, new system is called Tier 1 & the points calculation is slightly different.

The time you worked in USA will be counted under USA band if u were paid there in USA.So if u dont qualify, please wait six more months & work in India & when u will have 12 months of indian salary then apply for Tier1.

Check the website below & u can even go through assessment test & see if u qualify or not.
