HTC Mogul Blue LED light won't go off!!

Question

Help please. I have an HTC Mogul 6800 and there's a blue (sometimes white) LED light that won't go off. It's the little LED right by the envelope button and to the left of the blinking green LED. I've tried a soft reset, a hard reset, some other stuff that tech support asked me to do and still nothing.

If anyone can help me resolve this I'd be extremely grateful.

If you are still in the warranty period (1 year ??) call support back and have them replace it. If Hard Reset didn't fix it and Bluetooth is off, it's broke!!!
