HTC TOUCH FEatures? what should i know before i buy this cell phone?

okay so i broke my phone the other day. i know nothing about phones but my friend is selling one fro 250 dollars and i wanted a really nice camera phone. what are some of the features.. al i know is that u can go on youtube n that there is a camera and a phone. anything else thats special about it that will convince me its the riight one?

oo and also i have a plan with rogers riight now. i took my sim card out of the other phone i broke . will everything work okay? woudlnt i need to get another plan for internet and youtube or something?

lol im sorry that might have been a stupid question. i dont really know about this stuff cud someone please explain what ill need to know before i buy this phone/

its a great phone i have it the white one and texting is good internet is good calls are good camera is good especially outside its a great phone i had it for a year now the only thing you might find annoying about it is that everything is Touch! and you might want a regular phone someitmes because its a bit to much touch ahah im actually planning to get a different phone that has buttons on it im tired of touch. but good luck its pretty good :)
