-Wireless Internet? Yes charges may apply depending on the plan... or you can use wi-fi.

-Music? yes you can set your own music to it.

-Plays Avi Files? yes it does play them... i put movies on mine

-Roaming Charges? depends on your plan.

-Quality of Videos? depends on the quality you download... if it looks good on your computer then it will look good on your phone.

-Worth the Money? no not really i wish it had a slide out qwerty keyboard. i dont really like touch

-Monthly Payment? depends on your plan... you cant really make monthly payments on a phone... its the service provider your payin every month to use there service.

-Record Video's? yes it records in .3gp and mp4.

-Durablity of Phone? really good ive dropped it a couple times... i still would get a case for it though.. just for the display.
