HTML HORIZANTAL SCROLL PROBLEM?

In my html page, there are 3 frames. One frame is top and the others are left and right. But, i want to design in my html page, there would not to go scroll in right side. So, what i to do? for displaying content at the fit to width screen. Please give the example code.

Try putting in the frameset code: scrolling="no" for that page.
