HTML - Website help : Text box on my website. ?

Question

i want a text box on my website where users can enter their comments and this text should be mailed to my email id.

i'ld like to add radio buttons also. Even these should be displayed on my email id in the same mail.

You'll have to use PHP, a server-side language.

Some PHP hosts do allow mail scripts for free accounts, others don't to prevent spam. If you need a free host, just look around until you find one.
