  1. Firefox is the only browser that comes closest to meeting the HTML 4.01/CSS2.1 Standards.  If it doesn't work in Firefox, then you have a problem with your HTML/CSS coding! All other browsers have their own problems.  IE is a total piece of c**p and is still 10 years behind the standards even with IE 7/8.  That's why people like IE so much.  It is SO tolerant of bad coding.

  2. 1. You used codes that are not recognized by IE or FF like <embed>(for FF) and <object> (for IE) and so on..

    2. Check your tags... you might get wrong syntax... are you a newbie somethning?

  3. mozilla firefox latest version have some problems like wht you mentioned above.and etc...

better to use olderversion of  mozilla firefox..it will work

other wise check out in opera also on of the browser..like mozilla ,explorer, safari.

  4. Well, any browser has to work your HTML code it's a must, maybe you have to check if you have your "index.html" file in the right directory, that your file has the name of INDEX or if your server accept another name be sure it's HOME.

Some services if not all accept only INDEX as the name of your primary page.

  5. Bad design by piczo.
