HTTP ERROR:500 Internal SERVER ERROR. I get this message when trying to open email from cell.?

I have been able retrieve and send emails via my cell phone, then all of a sudden I get the error message above. Any solutions?

Most server errors are caused by temporary problems and can be easily solved by doing the following:

Click the "Back" button on your browser to reload the previous page, and then try your action again.

If you continue to receive the error, it may be that you're trying to submit a form that contains invalid data such as special characters. If this is the case, try rewording your entries and then submit the form again.
