In the weekely rate rooms, do they charge more per person? could two people be in the same room for the listed price?

It depends whether or not the listed price is for a single room or not/ If it listed as a double room or double occupancy or per person, it may be more if you are trying to stay in it as a single person. Or it may be twice as much when you add two people.
