thank you guys so much for your suggestions :) but I need to be more specific. I dont wannt to get a tote bag from aero ,ae hollister or a&f cause they will overcharge. maybe places like charllote russe pr rue21. just whatefer you come across thats cute. and affordable cause id rather spend money on school clothes not the bag. sorry for the obnoxiouse title , ha Ive found thats the only way to get your question noticed :) thank you!

try going to thrift shops like salvation army and goodwill. they have new and old, retro stuff at super affordable prices. and you're guaranteed that no one else will have what you bought. ;)

Aero has sales this week. But try good will or something if you want an affordable one.

The best tote bag is one you make your self, their usually the most afordable.

just go to your local craft store pick up a plain tote bag and some supplies to decorate it with, not only will you have a super cute afordable tote, it will be one of a kind.
