  1. They can use it to penetrate the earth and cause earthquakes. Also, some believe it's around the same binary beats as the human brain, they think it can be used as a mind cotrol device.

  2. Bad. Civic Currencies everywereas in all nations plus conservation of natural resources plus demolition of H.A.R.R.P.  and major commercial airports  plus cars as oposed to military strikes also good. Prevents Global Warming plus makes for healthy relationships between countries as oppossed  to nuclear defense systems which can result in Nuclear Genocide or Nuclear War. Difference only in intent.

  3. I have read a lot about HAARP and I dont see how it is used for anything besides scientific research. There are literally tons of research papers based on work done at HAARP and I have read about 10 or 15 of them and I dont see anything weaponary or mind control or weather related at all. According to all published technical specifications about HAARP it cant do any of these things anyways because it just isnt very powerful in the grand scheme of ionospheric modification.

  4. Unless your President and Congress decide to call anything they can manger up in the middle east or abroad WWIII, no we won't be seeing this anytime soon.

However, you can feel similar residual pain just like our previous wars in our own country.  If that make it WWIII to you, I'd submit you're right.

The rest of your question?  --I'm sorry, I can't answer that.

  5. bad...
