Hackers and phone call?

i keep getting a phone call every day from the same person i live in wisconsin he keep's calling me from north carolina ever time i answer i go hello and all i get is a person on the other is dialtones can anyone tell me what this is oh and by the way it tells his name on the caller id i dont understand that lol

sounds like a telemarketer has gotten hold of your cell number. you can place your number on the Do Not Call list the government has for free and they will be barred from contacting your for 5 years - though i seem to recall them extending that. in the meantime you need to contact your service provider and have them block that number for you and ask that those minutes be restored to your account. oh, and you can do a google search on the number and see if any other folks have reported it. good luck.
