Hacking Emerald on AdvanceMap.?

Question

Hello. I am fairly new at AdvanceMap and I was wondering something. I had made a cave on the west side of Route 103 near Oldale Town and I do not know how to design the inside of the cave. Also, I dont know how to design the inside of houses I make in Emerald. Please help,
