Hacking facebook? how could they know?

if someone knew just your email address is there a way people can hack into your facebook..? am just curious as i think maybe someone did this to me..? how would they do it with no personal information?? how could they find out your password (hasnt been changed, no one else has access to my computer) is there some program people use?

Three times I have been hacked on Zynga Texas Holdem poker fo millions in chips. I have changed my password and still getting hacked, how do I get my money or chips back. Zynga won't help, if Facebook won't help do I just delete Facebook and Zynga from my PC? Am tired of spending money on your site and being hacked.
