Hacky Sacks?

ok any tips on how to hacky sack im alright im intrested in getting better. any helpful hints?

I'm about intermediate but i don't just juggle it, i play with friends. we play similar to handball with ace, king, queen, dunce squares and we kick it to each other.

Ya bra...hit the sack with your foot...take it slow...watch it hit your foot...dont try and boot it to next week...it is better to learn to hit it soft (aslo helps with stalls) then try a little harder if it is not going far enough...practice until your legs feel like they want to fall off, carry one everywhere...It's good to see people still are interested

honestly you just have to practice and practice lots thats how i got any where with a hacky sack, the sand sac's work the best tho not those big giant bean bags =/
