Had 2 periods this last month?

Okay so i had 2 periods last month an on the 2nd one i thought i was fertile cuz i had some stringy sticky discharge well me an my bf had intercourse i laid there for a hour an i got up to go use the restroom an i was bleeding an i bled for 5 days an it was really really heavy,so like idk if i should expect to ovulate sometime this month before my next period or what? Im confused i gotta Gyno appt the 25th of this month an im gonna talk to him or her bout this an if they can help me with gettn pregnant been tryn for 9 months now almost 10 an nothing! But my first period started on the 8th of july an ended the 12th an my second one started on the 26th of july an ended the 30th so if i was ovulate this month when do yall think it might possibly be?

Hard to say what might be going on without a few more months of data.  Has it been typical for you to have 2 period a month or was this only once in the 10 months you've been TTC?  If I were you I'd try to chart my temps, they are a reliable way to tell if you are ovulating.  More information is always good.  Your doctor will probably have some mroe suggestions on the 25th.  Good luck!!!
