I had my first baby boy ,he's 5 months now...I had a c section ,i lost 22 pounds right after delivery.I started breastfeeding right away and still am pumping and feeding.I even started going to the gym after my 5 weeks check up...I lost a little bit after that but the last 2 months i have stopped dropping any pounds..i do not understand why..i still pump about 6 times a day ,go to the gym atleast 2-3 times a week.....what should i do? My old clothes are small and maternity clothes are too large..is there anything I can take (like natural tea's to burn calories) cuz clearly whatever i'm doing is not helping.Ladies please advice.
