Had a baby 7 months ago, how do i lose the weight i gained when i was pregnant?

when i was pregnant i gained a lot of weight. pre-pregnancy i weighed around 58-60kg and was a healthy weight. i was a size 10 in womens. i would love to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, or even something close. i am currently about 72kg and the 3kgs that i have actually lost have been really hard to lose. i have been breastfeeding up til about 4 weeks ago. any suggestions?

also, how do i get rid of the belly fat? its my biggest problem. now that im no longer breastfeeding it sticks out further than my b***s do!

  2. Exercise and proper diet. Give up any late night snacking, junk food, watch your portion sizes, drink LOTS of water, and EXERCISE- if you can calories count.

    I just had my daughter 7 weeks ago and I've lost 36lbs by doing the above. There are alot of calorie calculators online that tell you how many calories you should be consuming a day to either maintain your current weight or lose weight.

    As with exercising- even just walking everyday for 30 minutes helps. But remember that diet and exercise go hand and hand.
