when i was pregnant i gained a lot of weight. pre-pregnancy i weighed around 58-60kg and was a healthy weight. i was a size 10 in womens. i would love to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, or even something close. i am currently about 72kg and the 3kgs that i have actually lost have been really hard to lose. i have been breastfeeding up til about 4 weeks ago. any suggestions?also, how do i get rid of the belly fat? its my biggest problem. now that im no longer breastfeeding it sticks out further than my b***s do!
