Had a company that was supposed to be a grant company turned out that they said i agreed to health insurance?

i work for a hostpital so i have coverage and now they won't return my 299,00 dollars back or send a package that was to be here in 7 weeks .it's going on 8 now.

Sounds fishy to me contact your states insurance commissioner.  http://www.naic.org/state_web_map.htm

Insurance is regulated and you are allowed a 10 to 30 day free look in which you can cancel and get a full refund. This period doe snot start until you receive your policy.

It may a total scam and not even be insurance.
