I don't remember much about the dream except that there was a large open space of green with shrubs in a very green field and this tiger kept jumping and running and attacking me. It didn't hurt but I would run and then it would run up, jump and show its big white teeth and claws. During the dream I would sometimes turn my head to the left and I'd get these huge tiger-like teeth and bite him back too. It was weird!!

It was kind of scary but I didn't feel so much as scared as I did just negative about the situation. I woke up feeling crappy.

It was orange and black with some white, like a regular tiger.

  1. The simbols in dreams often represent differant things in your awake life than what they are in the dream. These patterns are the same with many people even though the carracters in dreams vary from one person to another.

The dream is a desire to be persued by a member of the opposite s*x. It has the masculine element of strength and dominance represented by the tiger.

Few people understanding the pattern would argue this point, because the dream patterns emerge from deep within the phyche, and are even repeated in world mythologies, however who is he? is the real question. The entire dream, has a sort of danger element to it. It can represent being attracted to someone that is unavailable, do to their relationship with another. Or it might be more benign, in that it is a desire to be wanted by another that is unknown, or if you are in a relationship it may be that, the newness and excitement has worn away and the dream is a subconcious desire to be wanted or longed for by someone as you were in the beginning of the relationship with your current partner and it is possible that the bad feelings you woke with were feelings of  guilt. When you turned your head to the left represents your emotions or wanting to hide your feelings, and the teeth are an attempt to communicate your feelings to the person represented by the tiger, but not just your feelings but to understand his feelings also, this is indicated by you doing what he is doing ( play biteing ).

  2. I once had a dream where I was in the middle of nowhere, with snow all around me. Then I saw a huge blob of white come closer and closer towards me; then I saw it was a polar bear. It attacked me. Weird...But even weirder is that I had this dream a loooooong time ago. I can't believe I still remember it.

P.S: I woke up feeling a pain in my side; Where the polar bear had bit me. I was FREAKED OUT.

  3. implies an aggressive nature, emotionally volatile.

  4. Maybe you are haveing a premenition.  Tell someone that you are close to about it.  Premenitions are when you have a dream or a strong feeling that is going to happen and then it happends.  SOme people dremt that the twin tower's where going to be attacked and little kids drew it.  Stuff liket his happends.  Im not trying to freak you out and hope that Im wrong.  Maybe you will watching a movie and this will be in a scene.

  5. oh god, here we go:

dreams have no effect and impact on real life.

    why?

dreaming is a natural process where the brain goes through your subconsciousness' thought and makes sure that when you wake up, your brainpower will be able to retain its form and power. also, did you know that in one night, you have about 5 dreams, and you only remember the last one of them? dreams are random. dreams can be horrifying. dreams can be wonderous. all in all, dreams are just electrical and chemical impulses in your brain!

ps. ive had siblings die in my dreams. yes, its true, its not a nice feeling, but it doesnt mean anything.

unless i pick up my axe and murder them now :P

  6. I love studying dreams. Green Field and the tiger attacking you seem to be the key points I did some research and this is what I got:

    1. Tiger

To see a tiger in your dream,  represents power and your ability to exert it in various situations. The dream may also indicate that you need to take more of a leadership role. Alternatively, the tiger represents female sexuality, aggression, and seduction.

***To dream that you are attacked by a tiger, symbolizes repressed feelings or emotions that frighten you.**

To see a caged tiger in your dream,  suggests that your repressed feelings/emotions are on the verge of surfacing.

    2. Green

**Green signifies a positive change**, good health, growth, healing, hope, vigor, vitality, peace, and serenity. Green is also symbolic of your strive to gain recognition and establish your independence. Money, wealth and jealousy are often associated with this color.

    3.Field

To see green fields in your dream, symbolizes great abundance, freedom, **and happiness**. You may also be going through a period of **personal growth**. Alternatively, this dream may simply be an expression for your love of nature.`

To see freshly plowed fields in your dream, signifies growth, early rise to wealth and fortunate advancements to places of honor.

To see dead or barren fields, signifies lack, pessimism and your jaded prospects for the future.

Well this sound may sound a bit odd but according to my understanding you seem to need to take a more leadership role in your female sexuality (this is the tiger fighting you trying to get out.) The green field indicates that this will be a positive change and make you stronger as a person =P. I may not know exactly what is going on with your life but I'm sure you can figure out what it could relate to=P.

If you figure out what it is I would love to hear about it's about it if it's not too personal =P. would help my personal understanding of my study on the mysteries of dreams.

Well Good luck and hope to hear from you =P.

  7. You can master your own problems by fighting back.

You are in the human jungle (rat race)

  8. This could represent a relationship with a guy... one in which there is playfulness, flirting, and possibly some intimidation.  This person is not necessarily your boyfriend or husband.  It could be your boss!  Anyway, you fight/play back with him, but there is something uncomfortable about this for you.

  9. Usually, being pursued by an animal that doesn't hurt you in your dream indicates some sort of internal struggle with your subconscious.  Whether it's guilt, fear, or a secret desire, the image of a large untamed animal chasing, jumping, and getting your full attention is a way for your subconscious to tell you about something you need to address in your daily waking life.

You mentioned that in your dream that you would bite back and that you felt crappy.  I think you're grappling with an inner sense of guilt.  Self-defense is not something to "feel crappy" about.  Since you felt bad when you woke up, I would argue that the tiger represents something in your past (whether you did it or you witnessed it or you felt it) that you're not too terribly happy about and that you're feeling guilty over.

I've included a source interpretation that is similar to your dream.  Instead of biting back, he carried a gun.  Same dynamics though.

  10. To dream that you are attacked by a tiger, signifies overwhelming gloom and disappointing failures. You may find yourself distressed and tormented by rivals.
