Had a great Indian dish that was primarily eggplant the other day. Ideas on name/recipe?

It was in a sauce that was curry and tomato, possibly some yogurt and coriander. A 'Typical' Indian gravy, not a spicy one though.

Any ideas on what it was or a recipe?

it was probably called Bangan ka Bhurta. bangan means eggplant and bhurta just means how it is cooked.
