Had a miscarriage what to do next?

i had a miscarriage but i didnt go to the hospital i didnt know it was a miscarriage till you know it came out.what do i do? do i go seek medical help to clean my uterus out ? plz help

You need to have a sonogram to make sure everything has passed.  If so, there is nothing left to be done.  If not, then you may need a D&C.

i had a miscarriage at 8 weeks and passed everything naturally, they checked my hcg levels till it was down to 50 but that was it.

You need to go to your doctor who will check your uterus to make sure that all of the tissue was expelled.  

If it was not all expelled naturally, you will need to have a D&C to clean our your uterus, otherwise you run the risk of infections.

yes,you need to see a doctor.You need to have your insides cleaned out.Any left over residue could cause an infection that could prevent you from having future pregnancies

Yes, you definitely need to go see a doc because there could be leftover things in there that could cause infection and some other serious things that could lead to you not being able to conceive again. I know it's hard enough having the miscarriage without having to go to the doc too and having them all up in your junk too, but maybe they can help determine the cause of the miscarriage and be able to prevent it next time.
