Question:

Had a paper jam .cleared

Had a paper jam .cleared paper jam. Printed 4 or 5 pages . Stopped printing. Screen said go to manual trouble shooting and maintanence.I have no manual. Removed back cover, checked could not find any obsrtuction. replaced cover screen now says paper jam. Every thing looks clear.
