Had anybody watch a local film lately? how is it?

The last local film I watched was "Ligaw na Bulaklak" with Rogelio Dela Rosa. It was pretty bad.

I watched A Very Special Love featuring Sarah Geronimo and John Lloyd Cruz. I enjoyed it! Romantic comedy type eh!

i watched "Dobol Trobol"  of Vic and Dolphy. As usual, it was a typical Filipino feel-good movie, and though the punchlines are quite too predictable and the humour, slapstick..I honestly enjoyed the movie

**I never realized dolphy was so charming. This is his only movie that i've seen, and Im glad that I did.

A Very Special Love

I love it! Funny and romantic.

I live here in USA so I have to drive for an hour or 60 miles just to watch the movie in Pasadena California. The drive is worth it!!! I want to watch it again.

I've seen "Anak ng Dagat" starring Ronnie Rickets. The film has exciting and pretty realistic realistic hand-to-hand combat scenes, which included an American, but the plot is cliche and highly predictable.

Overall, I thought it was bad.
