today, applied for the Head coaching job for the NZ Kiwi's, it went well, but i have 14 other great applicants who've applied as well. Now what are my chances of getting the Thumbs up. The others are former Rubgy League internationals, and I;m not.

wow - you have a lot of competition.  I don't know what your odds are but if you are passionate about the game and passionate about the team then you are half way there.
