  1. Get it back to them IMMEDIATELY!

Could be the oil filter seal didn't seat correctly.  It's a very common problem and could lead to engine damage if you lose too much oil.

  2. WHAT DID THEY OVERFILL? IF IT WAS THE OIL,THAT IS AN EASY FIX,DRAIN SOME OUT.BUT IF THEY (WHO ARE THEY?)OVERFILLED IT TO START WITH,THEN CHANCES ARE THEY DIDN'T TIGHTEN UP THE OIL PLUG ON THE OIL PAN,OR EITHER BLEW THE PAN GASKET WHEN IT WAS OVERFILLED.. TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND HAVE SOMEONE ELSE TO PUT IT ON A RACK AND LOOK AT IT.IF ANY DAMAGE WAS DONE DUE TO THE OVERFILL,TAKE IT BACK TO WHERE YOU HAD THAT DONE AND MAKE THEM EITHER REPAIR IT OR GIVE YOU THE MONEY TO HAVE IT REPAIRED SOMEWHERE ELSE,IF YOU CAN GET THEM TO ADMIT THEY DID IT.
