Had sinuse trouble for 4 days?

Question

i started getting sinuse troubles on sunday [ ive had them before like ] and now im still getting it on wednesday , ive been taking sudafed max (2) . and nasal spray ,, sudafed sniff stuff and paracetamol

and its still not getting better

what should i do

or what could i try that will get rid of it completely

Lucky you,I've had mine for 30 years!

I gave up taking anything,as nothing worked.

Go with the flow,so to speak.Haha!
