I gained 40 pounds. I continued to workout throughout to prevent such a substantial weight gain but it's here. Now what?
I've joined a gym. My first day is the day after Labor Day, Tuesday. I also want to take some sort of supplement to help move things along. Any suggestions?
Keep in mind, answerers, I've already made it up in my mind that I'm going to take some sort of supplement, just need some ideas on which one. So all of you who plan to suggest that I go the natural route and take nothing, congrats on the free points, cuz that's just about all you're gonna get from me. I want to know what's working out there these days. I've heard things like Hydroxycut, DREN and stuff like that. GNC used to market and sell this stuff called Metabolift (not metabolite) that had Chromium Picolinate and Guarana and I loved it. It did wonders for me, but I can't find it anywhere.
So what do you people suggest.

BTW...I've waited the proper amount of time before attempting to work out and I'm not nursing this one.
