Okay, I found out it takes me 3-4 weeks for my EXPRESS passport and I really need my passport by august 20th, and I doubt im going to get it in time..

I'm going to send it out by WENSDAY HOPEFULLY.

This says I can get one within 2-3 DAYS for cheaper then the send away for 2-3 weeks and it guarentees I will get it in that time.

Is it the same passport and same stuff and what do I do differently? Need to know by this week,

Its the exact same thing...I dont know if this is a better deal price wise, or if its more expensive (because my parents paid for mine)

The link at the bottom shows you all the steps and it looks like the only thing that is different is that there is extra forms and you wont get a passport card. You do not need a passport card its just a little card that is a smaller easier thing to carry around than the whole passport (and its only for canada and mexico the caribbeans and bermuda) it looks like you apply for this just like any other passport except that there is an extra paper work (ew) you have to fill out an online form first and bring it to the state department to get approved... and you have to bring a parent (or who ever has custody of you) if you are under 18 because they have to co-sign stuff.

other than that its the same you need to bring your birth certificate, forms of i.d., your tickets to wherever you are going, and you need your passport pictures (2). you can get them at kinkos, or sears or even call a local photoshop and they might be able to do it.

after that theres a few more extra forms (steps 2 and 3 on the third link)....it looks like its just security stuff..... hope that helps... you can email me if theres anything else :)
