  1. i hardly ever have any nausea until i try brushing my teeth or tongue.  Its so bad that I can't even take my vitamin or anything else until after I have brushed.  i totally know what you mean...and it sux...but it's almost a daily process for me

I'm 19 weeks and I've had this problem for almost the entire pregnancy.

  2. I'm 17 weeks and I've been gagging and dry heaving since I found out at 6 weeks. Usually, brushing my teeth is the worst because of holding my tongue so far back in my mouth and I wouldn't even dream of trying to brush my tongue right now! Sometimes the smell of food makes me gag, sometimes I think of things and I start gagging. It's just a reaction some people have. If you know it's a specific feeling that causes it, just don't do that. It happens to me all the time so I can't do anything about it. I would avoid brushing your tongue for now and use a Listerine-type mouth wash until you get past it, if you do get past it. Good luck.

  3. I am now 17 wks and since the beginning I have had trouble brushing my teeth and tongue.  I gag and throw up every time!
