I love your Bouguereau avatar.  I also love your poetic words.  Although not broken into more traditional lines of poetry, these are words of grace and beauty.  I will look forward to more from you.  This is so bittersweet, such a theme of tragic unrequited love.  I love it.  Thank you.

Welcome to Y/A. This is intriguing. Although you have not arranged this in a traditional poetic form, it is poetry of the highest order.It has vivid imagery, an intense, yet controlled emotional tone, and a dollop of ambiguity.

  Do you think it would be better to say "empty now is the cup?"
