The http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Mohammad-Hafeez-c76898 led Pakistan T20 squad arrived in New Delhi on Saturday evening to play their first bilateral series against the archrivals India in more than five years.

Before leaving for India the T20 skipper of Pakistan Mohammad Hafeez said that his side was “ready and prepared” for the India challenge.
"We are ready and prepared for the India challenge," Hafeez had said at the end of a training camp in Lahore. "We have trained so hard to get ready for the India series. India might be low at the moment [after losing to http://www.senore.com/Cricket/England-c56013 in the Test series] but it's a new format and they have a very balanced T20 team," he added further.
Although it was Pakistan’s turn to the host the bilateral series between the nemeses, the PCB chief, Zaka http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Ashraf-c46397, agreed to send his team to India in a bid to break the deadlock, after the latter refused to play even at a neutral venue.
From Delhi the tourists got a connecting flight to Bangalore, the venue for the tour opening T20 International between India and Pakistan. The Men in Green are scheduled to play two T20 Internationals and three One Day Internationals against the archrivals between December 25 and January 6, 2013.
