Washington Nationals 3B Ryan Zimmerman (shoulder) will be out at least four to six weeks after undergoing an MRI Wednesday, June 11. He will try to rehab his shoulder without undergoing surgery. General manager Jim Bowden said Zimmerman will have his shoulder checked around the All-Star break and if the shoulder is not ready, Zimmerman will immediately undergo surgery. Dr. Tim Kremchek, who examined Zimmerman's shoulder, said there is a 70-percent chance the rehab program to strengthen his shoulder will work.
I have hafner currently in my DL spot. i was thinking of two possible scenarios. the first one is drop hafner and put zimmerman in my DL spot. the 2nd option was dropping both players. which one is a better option.
