  1. it was pretty cool.

i was happy when roddick finally got into his groove into the second set.

    im glad he won.

    andy's a cool guy.

  2. gulbis is a total fool, how can a player so talented like him just lose to such an ace-dimentional player like roddick? it makes me sick! gulbis should never lose to roddick, he is way more talented! they lack the mental toughness of another young gun like rafa nadal! it just shows how great nadal is at his young age and so mature! gulbis, cilic, berdych, etc might be as talented as rafa nadal but nadal has the mental toughness and big match player to out do the other young guns! gulbis should be ashamed he lost to roddick esp. after serving for the 2nd set! i cannot believe how anyone can lose to roddick or blake, they are bloody hopeless!

  3. Hahahahaha i KNOW! Wasn't that cute? Both birthday boys played against each other awwwwwwwww!! And they really played well! Moving on to the third round is a great gift for Andy, and getting all the support he got must have made Gulbis happy too! I loved today's match! And Roddick deserved to move on. He played SUPERB!

  4. I am so glad Andy won! After he lost the first set i thought he was going to lose. Andy served very well and Gulbis also played agressive. It was a well deserved match though.

  5. man that crowd wouldnt shut up...too bad gulbis didnt win...but very good match

im a virgo too, we rock

  6. :) andy's always funny.-

obviously it was a great birthday present.-

about the match, at first i was soooooo nervous, i really thought andy was going to lose, i mean, he wasn´t playing very good, his serves were off and gulbis was rocking.-

and that second set almost gave a heart attack!!!

but then things changed, you could see it in both of them faces, body languages and game, then i knew andy was going to win.-

i think the lack of experience cost gulbis the match, but he's a really dangerous player and in the future he's gonna do big things.-

i liked how people in yahoo described the situation "Roddick suddenly changed everything against a younger, less-experienced, less-accomplished version of himself at the U.S. Open"

they are really similar don't you think??

anyway, i'm head over heels that andy won, and now let's go for seppi!!!

    :)

  7. Yea, I was thinking the same thing...and I'm glad Andy won! It was a pretty good match and it could pretty much have gone either way. But Andy deserves the win!
