Haha alright I don't know how to use makeup! Any help?

I thank the person who helped me realize this with my piercing question haha. No sarcasm. I'm being serious. Any tips?

A lot of shops (such as boots, debenhams, the body shop) will be quite happy to show you what make-up suits your skin and how to apply it. :)

You are very prety and its great you are daring with makeup.

Im a Cert. Skin Analyst and Makeup Artist, to make your eyes stand out go to the opposite side of the spectrum (like on the pics). If your eyes are honey, try blues, violets and greens (my mom has honey brown eyes also and these look awesome) Cheek color should always be applied last, to make sure it is lighter shades than your lips, ALWAYS. Try a bronzer instead of blush..

the smoky look would go great on you. Use plain navy eyeliner on those days you don't feel like wearing makeup with black mascara. Your eyes wont be missed!

You are so pretty! I like your make up!

But try some subtle brown eyeshadow.

Curl your eyelashes and use black mascara, no eyeliner, with the light brown eyeshadow and possibly some glitter. and youre good to go!

You can go to many make-up sites (Mary Kay does this) and they have a section that has application tips for different areas of the face. It will show you (for eyes) where to apply different types of colors.

try using brown eye shadow on your eye lib then above it a very light brown, and it shouldnt be too noticable, its just to make your eyes look brighter.

and with eyeliner, apply it kind of heavily then smudge it with your finger and make it smokey

always put more eyeliner on the end corner of your eye.

id use a light foundation on your skin because its a beautiful colour already. a golden brown eyeshado like these :

forget eyeshadow. You have lovely eyes, go with a good mascara, small bit of liner to shape your eyes, and go easy on the blush

i would go more lighter on the makeup. you can use more natural colors so you dont look fake. use a brown eyeshadow and maybe rosy cheeks. dont go overboard with your makeup or you will look cheesy. experiment and find the perfect colors for you.

for you skin colour you should be using a tinted moisturiser no heavy foundations! a sweep of eyeliner not too much, some browns and creams for eye shaddow and a cafe con leche lip gloss. Stay away from the blue you have been using it makes you look alot younger and takes away the attention from the natural beauty in you face. Try neutral colours, chocolate, browns, beige it will enhance your eyes and improve the look of you hair and skin.

dont wear ANY KIND of eye shadow, esphesially blue. i dont think anyone should wear it. just try a little eye liner, mascara, and foundation. no blush. and you will look great! :)

you're definately using the wrong colors! the eyeshadow blue is not a good match for your skin tone..and the blush is way too bright and pink! You need your makeup to look more suttle, try brown eyeshadow and a pale gloss: no bright reds! Also i wouldn't recommend using blush in the summer, you can use a bronzer instead if you must apply something. However, your complexion is clear so i wouldn't recommend any foundation/concealer either to avoid breakouts.

Pretty much just tone it down, keep it natural! so brown eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara (sometimes) and a pale gloss. Think Eva Longoria! good luck, experiment a bit & you'll get it. x*x =)

my first suggestion don't overuse it, this is your biggest problem.

girls looks great when they look natural.  I learned that makeup will never make from you another person, it's just helps to think that you are more beautiful that you are.  You are beautiful girl, you don't need lot's of makeup, believe me!!! :)

omg.your foundation or too light for your skin and wrong color eyeshadow for you.

This is only if you want your eyes to like POP

you have brown eyes so opt for cool blue or green eye shadow tones like mint, powder blue, or teal. A deep forest green is an ideal eyeliner shade.

colors i perfer:gold,brown,purple,taupe,champagne... blue,.

blush:a pink color not to light or not to dark.

foundation ask a professional to find a right color for you.

how to apply foundation on .apply on the area where you see the uneven skin tone are break outs or you can apply to your full face.do not apply alot cause your going to loo cakey.then concealer (optiional)

warm the concealer by taking the amount your going to use and rub it on your hand until it warm or gooey.pat it on under your eye.donnt like you know just apply like yea..cause that a delicate eye area.

blush.apply it on you cheek then blend it until it sorta of fades away but you still want to see the color.blending so it fades away gives a natural look.lip gloss dont put too much.

Haha Well I think you do good on the eyeliner but for the eyeshadow, maybe cut that down a bit or don't use it if you prefer. What you can do is put mascara on the top lashes. You don'tave to do the bottom. And if you want some eyeshadow, you can always put a whitish but very light. Or just some skin tone kind. But I liked your last picture becuase your makeup seemed less out there, (no offense) But maybe look at some pictures on google for some idea or go to youtube and watch some videos of people teaching you how to put on certain makeup styles. The smokey kind would look very pretty on you because of your dark hair and eyes.
