You can find cheap hotels on the GOA with the main bust stamnd in Panjim. Try to check the hotel and Lodges before shiftin in as sometime they will rob you with money Literally.

Go there and ask localites.. tell them what kind of money you have.. these are helpful people.. they'll suggest a cheap place near the beach
