If you are getting a chance and have proper qualification then what is stopping you. Migrate to Australia and enjoy, there are lot of opportunities for a right person there and pay is also much more than India. First you go there and get a job and settle there, later on you can call your family to join you.

Somewhat unlikely. You are over 40 with two dependant children. But then you may have a particular skill that we are in desperately short supply of over here.

41 isn't too old (the cut off is 45) if you have a required skill and can pass the points test and medical requirements. Your first step shoul be to go to http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-s... and check to see if your occupation is on the SOL. If it is, move on to the points test and see how you go with that and check out the health requirements. Look on the Skills Matching Database to see if there's is anything of use in there.

I don't know where you're from, but Australia is a great place to raise kids. Our educational system is excellent; our climate and lifestyle are great; the crime rate is low compared to many other countries and our standard of living is high. Housing can be very expensive in some areas and of course its affordability will depend on your income and resources, but Australians live in far less crowded conditions than people in most countries. It's a great place to live.

better make up your mind soon,the cutoff age is 45 so being 41 already you will be down on points in the point system test.You must pass the test to qualify for immigration and you must be skilled in a work field that Australia needs
