It is totally depends upon your concentration time dosent matter, but still Waking up at 5 am is a good time to study.

Although our shastra says Brahma Muhrat ( early morning) say around four o'clock is good time to meditate and study because at that time total sky is pure but it totally depends on you what type of girl you are, your are morning / evening/night comfortable girl, check yourself when you are comfortable, check in different-different time and see the result, study one-one hour in different time and check yourself which time gave you best result and do accordingly.
