Hair Loss, Normal Please help?

today is the day of my missed period, but i have known for about a week now that i am...i was just wondering because the last couple of times i showered alot of my hair came out but today when i did barely any if none came out...is this normal?

    Some basic tips to prevent loss and get healthy hair:

    -Shampoo your hair once in a week.

    -Trim your hair after four to five weeks to avoid split ends.

    -Fresh fruits and vegetables which contain proteins should be taken in good amount.

    -Avoid back brushing or combing.

    -After swimming rinse the salt water/chlorine out of the hair straightway. Then shampoo your hair.

    -Massage your head which will increase blood circulation and blood supply to hair roots. Massage at least one time in a week.

    -Avoid over-washing your hair as it affects natural oils present in hair.

    -Use a conditioner on damaged hair, rub olive oil and then wrap your head with ploy bag and cover it with scrap. Leave it as long as you can. This would result in healthy growth of hair.

    -Condition your hair to remedy the effects of sunshine pollution.

    -Use a smooth edged, wide toothed comb to remove tangles.

    -Avoid fried and starchy foods.

    -Use a soft nylon brush or comb.

    -Cover your head to protect your hair from sun.

  2. Take a pregnancy test to make sure if you're pregnant or not. If you are you'll want to see a doctor to confirm.

    You might  also have stress. Stess can play a big role for hair loss, your diet, appetite, weight loss/gain, emotional behavior, sleep deprivation, vision, high blood pressure, your over all health and even physical too.

    Take note of your hair loss, is it a lot, when it happens, how you're feeling, are you getting any sleep, etc.

    Also, your family history for both male & female pattern balness, when treated early it can help with the hair loss.

    Another thing you should know, hair loss is also a result of not getting enough circulation in your head, massaging your scalp or buying  a massaging product for your scalp can help.

    Wearing a pony tail on too tight may also result in hair loss especially in the area of where it feels tight around. You might want to loosen up the pony tail & go to bed with out a pony tail.

    Chemicals like hair dyes or hair products that contain certain ingredients may sometimes not agree with your hair & scalp making matters worse.

    You should also lay off styling tools 'cause that can add more stress to your hair & scalp causing it to break and fall off too.
