Hair Problem! It's too short and gross.?

Question

At the start of summer, I got my hair cut, and it looked AWFUL! For the entire summer i've been letting it grow, but it only grew out about an inch or so, and the bangs look really bad and the length is way to short. I considered getting different types of extensions but since i am a swimmer and I need to take showers daily, sew in and glue in ones were out of the question. I am considering getting clip in extensions to make my hair look about 4 inches longer, but the problem is, since my hair is a different colour of red, the store could only find extensions for sew in ones, so i would have to sew in my own clips, and how do you do that?? And what should i do with my bangs?? I hate having short bangs and prefer them long..

Your haircut really doesn't look bad at all. The only problem is that the bang is cut too straight across at the bottom. The stylist needs to cut into it at the ends so it's more irregular or feathered and looks softer. They will look better the entire time they're growing out if the bottom part is more feathered. If they were any longer, they wouldn't even be bangs but just another long layer to your haircut anyway.

Umm if ur old enough Pre natal vitamens make your hair grow SUPER fast even if you arent pregnant you can take them

the length looks fine

for the bangs you can just clip them back kind of like this:

Get bangs! U would look really pretty. Or a different hairstyle.
