Hair Question?

Okay, I have a hair question. This is how my hair looked last summer:

Now, my bangs are grown in like shoulder length almost, and I have longer layers in my hair. But tomorrow, I'm going for a haircut, and I want it to look like that, but I don't think I had layers in my hair there. Would long layers look dumb if I got my bangs like that, or should I get the layers cut evenly with my bangs?

get your bangs cut kinda short at an angle then get long lairs!
