Hair coloring advice ?

i've got dark blond hair and i want to go a really bright mahogany. will i have to bleach it first to get it a really vivid color

Depends on how dark a blond you are... I seen where by getting an extreme blond permanent color... they lift 2 levels of pigment from the hair which is enough if you are already blond... then do the vivid mahogany which also can be a permanent hair color... which you can get from walmart.

The link below will show you an example of an extreme blond product by Garnier and a light mahogany brown which on extreme blond won't be light brown.
