Hair coloring questions!?

Okay so currently my hair is a medium/dark brown (kinda faded) and i also have a full light blonde highlight. Well within the next few weeks im going back to the salon and i want something different, so i was wondering, is it possible to get my darker brown to a golden blonde while keeping my highlights? im not going platinum or anything just to a nice golden blonde color, is this okay without like frying my hair? haha thanks!

if you're going to the salon, they will probably put a fried hair treatment usually at no cost when they dye your hair. It also depends how regularly you dye your hair. If you dye it every two weeks than I suggest you don't dye it anymore. I dyed my hair over 3 times every two weeks and i got to the point where it needed help BAD! (:
