Hair colour? Eye colour? Tan? Eye bags? HELP!!?

The first picture is me normal (Yeah I know the skin has been edited..). The second is me with darker hair, & no tan. The third is me with dark hair, & a tan. Which do you think looks better, tan or no tan?

Do you think that colour hair would look good on me? I wanna dye it at home, what do you recommend? Also, what is a good home tanning product that WILL NOT make me go orange? My first home tan :O

Don't say try a natural tan, I don't tan for jack. (:

Any tips on lightening under eyes & bags? I get LOADS of sleep, so I don't know what else to try :(

my cousin doesnt tan either but he has tanning oil and it actually worked. i was surprised..and keep  your hair that color or make it like a brownish red. that would look nice

The hair color you have suits you. But you'd probably look good in a deep red? And green contacts would look lovely on you.

I've heard Jergens Natural Glow is a good brand for a fake tan.

You can try placing green tea bags over your eyes every morning, I heard that helps. There's probably a lot of other ways, try using Google.

I think you are making a weird face in the picture...kind of creepy actually and would look a lot better if you smiled.  You don't need a tan or dark hair...just a friendly expression.
