Hair decisions....long? short? in between? ?

hello! :]

so last year i was caught up in the short hair phase and cut my hair a little higher than my shoulders. i have let it grow since then and right now is probably 5 inches past my shoulders, so inbetween really long and short. anyway, i really want to grow it out super long, but right now its just not cooperating at the length it is now. so i can either wait another year without cutting it so its long, or i can cut it short again. but i dont like the length it is now so...??? what do u think i should do, considering whats more popular right now, long or short hair.

help would be so appreciated! :)

well... at my school, most people have it medium length- so right past the shoulder.  

p.s.- long layers look really good at that length

leave it at its length & let it grow out. long hair is much more in

well right now long hair is in as well as bob cuts I'm not a big fan of those but.....

i say leave your hair as it is
